sustainabILITY

"Meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs."

JSA has a significant involvement in LEED projects dating back to 2001 and has adopted Sustainability as a viable design philosophy. This mindset extends from the executive level on down, with the majority of the principals and associates qualified as LEED Accredited Professionals. JSA endeavors to incorporate sustainable features into its everyday mechanical designs, benefiting building owners and occupants alike. The results of this increased environmental awareness (rather tangible - lower power, gas or water bills, or more intangible - increased productivity or higher attendance), demonstrate that the time for sustainable design has arrived.

JSA continues to stay on the forefront of innovative design. The firm continues to meet the challenges posed by incorporating sustainable design into diverse facilities and welcomes the opportunity to expand this philosophy into the many different categories of commercial construction.
