Cat has been a key member of Johnson, Spellman & Associates since October of 1998. She was promoted to an Associate position in 2020 and is now one of JSA’s valued Senior Associates. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and has participated as a mechanical design engineer on 11 LEED projects that include three LEED Gold certified buildings.

Cat’s HVAC experience includes new construction and renovations for various commercial projects including buildings for public and private universities and colleges, public and private K-12 schools, libraries, kitchens, office buildings, municipal buildings, telecommunication buildings and data centers. 

Mechanical systems design and project management responsibilities include client contact, project coordination, design and layout, load calculations, code compliance, LEED compliance, specifications, submittal review, and field reports.
