American Cancer Society Center Natl HQ Relocation

Complete mechanical systems tenant fit-up to accommodate the American Cancer Society’s relocation and consolidation of their National Headquarters and its mixed use office requirements. The total project covered 262,000 sq. ft. on two floors of an existing nine-story office building.

  • Design of HVAC systems with high Outside Air requirements for Executive Conference Rooms, Meeting Rooms, and Training Rooms with occupancies ranging from ten to seventy people.
  • Review plan and occupancy loads from architect to determine minimum plumbing fixture requirements. Modify existing restrooms fixture configuration to comply with current ADA codes. Addition of break room sinks and drinking fountains to accommodate the floor plan.
