New 50,000 sq ft facility Data Center and Office areas with fully redundant HVAC operational capability. Facility includes expansion area of an additional 50,000 square foot of Data Center environment. Design includes new 3,000 ton air cooled chilled water plant, chilled water computer room air conditioning units and two new 30,000 gallon underground fuel tanks.
