Mechanical design and construction phase services for the relocation of underground chilled water and steam distribution systems to accommodate the construction of a 14,351 square foot building expansion.
Project Details
- Project consisted of identifying and relocating site utilities including steam and chilled water for the construction of a new student center building located at the current site of the existing student center (referred to as the ‘DUC’).
- Approximate area for the project is 132,000 gross square feet.
