Project Description
Mechanical and plumbing systems design and construction phase services for the renovation of a 18,850 sq. ft. old football locker room to accommodate the new men’s and women’s locker rooms and restrooms.
Project Details
- The old Butts-Mehre football locker room was demolished and renovated to adjust to the needs and desires of the new Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Locker Rooms and Lounges.
- Total construction cost: $5,050,000
- Design of HVAC ventilation requirements of Mudrooms, Locker Rooms and Restrooms
- Design of loads to accommodate a future project to renovate existing storage room space into a Recruit Lounge.
- Renovation of existing Laundry Room to meet required codes and standards.
