Rick has been with JSA since 1992 and is currently the Senior Associate of the firm. His responsibilities include the fire protection design of commercial projects such as office buildings, schools, tenant spaces, communications facilities, computer room facilities, jails, and hospital facilities.

The design of both new projects and renovation of existing facilities, including client contact, load calculations, energy analysis, project coordination, field inspections, submittal review, code compliance, specifications, cost estimating, and value engineering are included in his responsibilities. His responsibilities also include coordination of complex CAD configurations for large-scale projects.
